before we get rolling…
here is some helpful information to know:
To receive a proposal there is a $50 USD fee. If you approve of the proposal and we begin with the project, the $50 fee will be deducted from the overall project price.
To initiate a project together you must sign the contract and email it back to me AS WELL AS send me ALL of the requested material for the design of your website. Material requested includes quality photos relating to your business (ex: headshots, product/service photos, etc.), your business’s copy (text about your business, your why, any customer reviews, etc.), and any inspiration website links.
We will plan 2-3 review and feedback meetings (depending on project) through the duration of our project!
FAQs
Q: How long will it take to complete the project?
A: It obviously depends on the project, but with the sphere package, it is estimated to be completed in under six weeks and the surface package in under 4 weeks. This all depends on how quickly you submit the needed content (photos, copy, logos, etc.) and the time of the year. In your proposal, the timeline will be more accurate.
Q: Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance after the website is live?
A: We make every website user-friendly for your clients and also for YOU! Before we publish your website, we will demonstrate how to utilize it and how to keep it up to date. We would be happy to maintain your website, but it would incur an additional cost after publishing, which would be best discussed through email or the phone.
Q: What platform or technology will be used to build the website?
A: Our preferred CMS (platform where I build your website) is Squarespace! There are different subscription options with owning a Squarespace website and you will be responsible for all CMS (and domain) fees. We are happy to help you set everything up!
